Located in the authentic mountain village of Vallorcine, and offering welcome flexibility whilst away, this gorgeous chalet and former hotel sleeps up to 15, and can be rented on a B&B, half-board or full-board basis, depending on guests’ own requirements.
Built in 1904, the timeless chalet enjoys a wealth of charm and offers the perfect holiday base for ski breaks and outdoor adventures. To the inviting open plan ground floor, a well-equipped kitchen with a spacious bar, dining area for 15 and an inviting sitting room with flat screen TV is accompanied by a cosy corner area with TV. The carefree entertaining space leads directly out into the large private garden; for endless alfresco dining opportunities.
The chalet benefits from a scenic and flexible sleeping layout to the 1st and 2nd floors, perfect for accommodating families and large groups of 15. All bedrooms boast a mountain-view balcony. Two en-suite bedrooms (one with 2 sets of 2 single beds for 4 and the other with a set of twin joinable beds and 2 single beds for 4) offer added convenience. A spacious double bedroom, a twin joinable bedroom and a versatile family room for 4 with 1 set of twin joinable beds and a set of bunk beds all have shared access to 2 full shower rooms.
Guests also have access to a storage room for skis, climbing and outdoor sport equipment.
Outside, the 3-storey chalet boasts a splendid alfresco dining terrace for 15, alongside a large sunny private garden. Next to the chalet, guests will find off-street parking for 5 cars.

Situated along ‘Le Couteray’ in the timeless mountain village of Vallorcine, the chalet places guests at the top of the Chamonix valley, 3km from the Swiss border. The village offers a selection of restaurants to complement a holiday stay, alongside a ski school, a free train service and an experienced travel guide company.
Guests are well placed for outdoor leisure activities and sightseeing; being placed just 20 minutes’ drive/train ride from Chamonix, 30 minutes’ drive from Martigny and 45 minutes’ drive from Verbier and Courmayeur.
